Hotmail Block For Smartermail 4.x Webamil

Hi,

I am getting blocked on hotmail, I have 2 Servers with Smartermail 4.x and all the emails get blocked by Hotmail when i send it with Smartermail Webmail, but when i send it from Pop using outlook with the same Email Account, it goes through.

Any Idea?

If you have a chance, send one of the bounced messages with the full headers into support so that we can review the issue and get the block removed for you.

Hi,

There is no Delivery Failure Message, I got the mail Headers from the CC on Gmail where the same mail deliverd but not at hotmail. here are the mail headers.

Rest of the settings are fine, I do have PTR of IP with the host name that i used for mail server, as per my servers logs mail is being delivered from my server to hotmail smtp but does not reach hotmail mail box.

If i send mail using Outlook with the same account with Pop, it goes through but from Webmail only it fails.

What is the name of the mail server are you using? Based on your headers, it looks like your mail is hosted with another company other then crystaltech?
