Hi everyone.

I'm messing around with adding a blog to an existing shared hosting plan website.  Has anybody tried to integrate BlogEngine.NET into an existing shared hosting site?  As it stands now, it appears like BlogEngine.NET must be installed in a folder that is then marked as a web application in IIS.  And I *think* that CT does not allow multiple web application starting points on shared plans, correct?

If that's the case, it would appear difficult, if not impossible to install BlogEngine.NET to a subfolder in a shared hosting site at CT.  It seems it must go into the root folder for the site, effectively "taking over" the entire site.  Does anybody know of any other .NET blogging software that can be integrated into an existing site without being installed in the root folder for the site?

Thanks
Andy

Turns out I've answered my own question.  We apparently can have multiple application starting points.  So it is possible to use BlogEngine.NET in a subfolder on a shared hosting plan.  Yay!

Now I'm off to figure out how to create and/or modify a theme to match the rest of my site.
