Smartermail has left the building.

Much like Elvis, my Smartermail has simply vanished. It never worked right, even with help, and now, it has quit even making an appearance.   Even after I reinstalled, repaired, rinse and repeat, I cannot even access the application locally on the dedicated box. Nothing, nada. At least before, I could send mail and access it via webmail for a few hours anyway.

Nothing but  constant problems since day one. Anyone have any suggestions? any help would be appreciated. I have read and gone through everything I could find with a fine tooth comb, many, many times and nothing works.

Have you submitted a ticket or called in to see if there is something that can be done on our end? We will of course do our best to provide as many support options as possible to get things back on track with your installation of Smartermail.

curious what you mean by gone.

is the service no longer in the service list?
is the exe gone from the program files directory?
both?
